Outdoor price is preliminary, pending measurement of the actual overall length.

All measurements include all storage equipment including, but not limited to, hull, trailer, engines, etc.

Invoicing for Indoor Storage is charged based on Actual Overall Boat Length multiplied by the Actual Boat Beam.

All Other services are additional. Additional charge for scraping heavily fouled hull bottoms.

OWNERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL EQUIPMENT LEFT ONBOARD, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, FOOD, ALCOHOL, CANVAS, LIFE JACKETS, FENDERS, LINES, FIRE EXTINGUISHERS, ELECTRONICS, ELECTRONIC CHARTS, HOSES, ETC. HYANNIS MARINA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR FREEZE DAMAGE ON BOATS CONTRACTED TO HAUL AFTER OCTOBER 30TH.

We encourage you to mark your fenders with your name.

Owners are responsible for cleaning out fridge/freezers and pumping holding tanks.

Payment for all work performed is due upon completion and receipt of invoice.
All outstanding bills, including spring commissioning, must be paid in full prior to the departure of the boat from the marina in the spring. By submitting this form, I hereby authorize Hyannis Marina to perform the work selected in accordance with the terms and conditions described on this form and further certify that I have read and understand all terms and conditions.

By submitting this form, I acknowledge that I intend that such submission shall constitute my electronic signature pursuant to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 110G, Section 1 et seq.; and, that I intend to be (and shall be) fully bound in contract with Hyannis Marina Inc., d/b/a Hyannis Marine and/or Hyannis Marina according to the provisions hereof, including without limitation all terms and conditions set forth herein. I represent and warrant that I am the person whose name appears in this form.
